Why our reviews are on Google

We keep our reviews in one place, on Google, because that is where most people look and because a business cannot write, edit or remove them. What you read there is what customers chose to say.

Most of them are short. People who have just moved house or had something delivered on time tend to say so in a line or two, and name the part that mattered to them: the driver, the care taken, or the fact that it turned up when it was meant to.

How to read reviews for a moving or courier company

Look for reviews of jobs like yours. A glowing review of a single-item delivery tells you less about a four-bedroom house move than one from someone who moved a family home. Most reviewers mention what they booked, so it is worth reading past the stars.

Look at how recent they are. A business changes over time, and last month's reviews say more than those from years ago.

Look at how the business answers. Every company gets something wrong eventually. What matters is whether it owns up and puts it right, and that shows in the replies.

Leaving a review

If we have moved something for you, a review is the single most useful thing you can do for a small business like ours. It takes a minute, and it helps the next person decide whether to trust us with their move or their delivery.

Say what you booked and what you thought of it, good or bad. Honest reviews are more useful to everyone than polite ones.
