A gearbox, a pallet of plasterboard, a sealed case file and a healthcare delivery all travel in the same van, and almost nothing else about them is the same.
What changes is the deadline and what happens around it. A garage with a car on the ramp needs the part before the bay is wasted. A construction site needs the delivery inside a booking window, with somewhere legal to stop and someone on site to sign. Legal work turns on chain of custody and a sealed handover. Healthcare turns on the handover being to the right person, recorded.

Almost certainly. These pages cover the industries we get asked about most, not the limit of what we carry. Tell us what is moving and what the constraint is — a deadline, a site rule, a handover requirement — and we will tell you straight away whether we can work to it.
Do you deliver into sites with booking-in windows?
Yes. Booking-in, permits, signing in and restricted loading hours are routine on trade, construction and healthcare work. Give us the site rules with the job and they are followed.
How is a handover recorded?
Photo proof of delivery and a signature, sent straight to your phone. Where a delivery has to go to a named person rather than a reception desk, say so on the booking and it will.
