New estates and an old centre
Berryfields, Kingsbrook, Weedon Hill and the other recent developments are good places to move to and awkward to move into while they are still being built: unadopted roads, site traffic and numbering that satellite navigation has not caught up with. A pin dropped on the actual door is worth more than the postcode.
The older streets around Kingsbury and Temple Square are narrow and restricted, and the market square is closed to traffic on market days, which is worth checking before booking a collection there.
